Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Electrician / Low Voltage Specialist and become a vital part of our innovative electrical operations! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems and electrical components across diverse projects. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electrical infrastructure in commercial, industrial, and renovation settings. We are seeking motivated professionals eager to apply their technical skills in a fast-paced environment that values safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Duties Install, inspect, and repair low voltage wiring systems including communication lines, security systems, fire alarms, and control panels following industry standards such as NEC (National Electrical Code). Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical layouts and system configurations. Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment to diagnose issues and verify system integrity. Maintain compliance with safety protocols related to low voltage systems while working on construction sites or industrial facilities. Troubleshoot programmable and industrial control systems to optimize operational efficiency. Skills Experience as an electrician with expertise in low voltage systems; fire alarm; access control and AV systems experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of NEC standards for electrical wiring and safety regulations. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for electrical systems. Proficient in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers; power tools including drills; testing devices like ohmmeters; and specialized equipment for low voltage work. Experience working on construction sites. Handyman skills experience is a plus for versatile project support. Familiarity with low voltage systems and safety procedures related to their installation and maintenance.
