Job Description

5+ year Experienced E2/E1 Established Electrical Contractor looking for motivated individual for working foreman position, must be able to communicate well with team, customers and other trades as well. Well-rounded in all types and phases of electrical construction, primarily commercial work.
  • Organizational skills a must, as well as fore thinking of manpower and material management.
Computer skills with project management software and estimating are helpful. Clean driving record is a must, a CDL is helpful. 401K and profit sharing available, paid holidays and vacation. Company vehicle.
Duties:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring and equipment
  • Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and safety
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
  • Install and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, or other components
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters or plumbers, to ensure efficient project completion
  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to the National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage systems
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
  • Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques for installation purposes
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately
