Full Job Description Overview:
The role of the Electrician and
RUPS/SUPS
technician is to ensure the proper and safe operation and maintenance of the complex electrical systems and subsystems.
Responsibilities:
Must be on-site during assigned hours Must be available to respond to on-site emergencies Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair complex electrical power distribution systems Operate and perform Preventive Maintenance on complex facility electrical power distribution systems. Perform Certification testing Facility Code Compliance (assure compliance with Federal, State and Local safety and health standards. All Shifts 7am
  • 3pm, (SUN
  • THU) or (TUE
  • SAT) or (FRI
  • TUE)
Salary :
$52.70 per hour EOE, including disability/veterans
Qualifications:
Possess a Journeyman commercial/industrial license issued by a State or other accredited board. Must possess at least (4) four years of Journeyman Level experience (obtained within the past 7 years) performing inspection, troubleshooting, repairing, operating and performing preventive maintenance on complex electrical power distribution systems Possess accreditation by National Electrical Testing Association (NETA) Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in Building Operations Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess a professional demeanor Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
