1 Complete Building Services Overview The role of the Electrician and
RUPS/SUPS
technician is to ensure the proper and safe operation and maintenance of the complex electrical systems and subsystems. Responsibilities
  • Must be on-site during assigned hours
  • Must be available to respond to on-site emergencies
  • Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair complex electrical power distribution systems
  • Operate and perform Preventive Maintenance on complex facility electrical power distribution systems.
  • Perform Certification testing
  • Facility Code Compliance (assure compliance with Federal, State and Local safety and health standards. All Shifts 7am
  • 3pm, (SUN
  • THU) or (TUE
  • SAT) or (FRI
  • TUE)
Salary :
$52.70 per hour EOE, including disability/veterans Qualifications
  • Possess a Journeyman commercial/industrial license issued by a State or other accredited board.
  • Must possess at least (4) four years of Journeyman Level experience (obtained within the past 7 years) performing inspection, troubleshooting, repairing, operating and performing preventive maintenance on complex electrical power distribution systems
  • Possess accreditation by National Electrical Testing Association (NETA)
  • Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in Building Operations
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a professional demeanor
