Description Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking Entry Level Plumbing Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role designed for individuals who are mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and motivated to build a long-term career in the plumbing trade. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and able to quickly absorb new information while working in the field. This position offers extensive on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop skills in a trade that will always be in demand. Key Responsibilities • Be punctual, flexible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment• Assist with installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of water and drainage systems Troubleshoot system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures Maintain high standards of quality and safety on all job sites Complete accurate billing, invoicing, and daily job documentation Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to project completion Qualifications Mechanically inclined with a strong interest in hands-on work Highly organized with attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Problem-solving mindset with troubleshooting ability Valid driver's license required
