You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of large-scale electrical infrastructure while mentoring junior staff to maintain our high standards of excellence. Responsibilities Execute complex electrical installations and system upgrades in commercial environments. Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on 480V and 3-phase power systems to ensure operational continuity. Conduct thorough inspections of wiring and electrical components to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to apprentices, fostering a culture of professional growth and safety. Ensure all project work strictly adheres to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and site-specific safety protocols. Maintain a rigorous focus on safety by utilizing appropriate PPE and following established industry best practices. Qualifications Required Skills Journeyman electrician license or equivalent of 7+ years of lead-level field experience. Extensive expertise in 480V systems and 3-phase electrical troubleshooting. Current OSHA 10 certification. Proven ability to work independently on complex projects and manage site workflows. Comprehensive knowledge of NEC regulations and electrical safety codes. Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings. Preferred Skills OSHA 30 certification. Experience with EV charging infrastructure or similar high-capacity systems. Demonstrated history of successful project completion in industrial or large-scale commercial settings. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client communication.
