We are a second-generation, family-owned company with five locations across Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Our Harbour Towne Marina location is our original headquarters and one of the region's premier full-service yacht refit and repair facilities.

  • 30+ years in business with the stability and resources of a multi-location operation What You'll Be Doing
  • Installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting AC/DC power systems, distribution panels, transfer switches, and transformers aboard large yachts and superyachts
  • Programming and configuring Main Distribution Frames (MDF) and full vessel electrical distribution systems
  • Installing and diagnosing navigation, communication, and vessel monitoring electronics
  • Designing and executing cable layouts, routing, and terminations across a range of vessel sizes and complexities
  • Conducting corrosion and lightning damage inspections with complete technical documentation
  • Working within U.S. and international power standards and frequency requirements
  • Producing accurate field reports and documentation meeting classification society and flag-state requirements
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and fellow technicians to deliver work on time and to standard
What We're Looking For Required:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a marine electrician on yachts, commercial vessels, or military/government vessels
  • Current ABYC Certification
  • Demonstrated experience with power distribution systems, MDF programming, and electronics commissioning
  • Ability to read and execute from wiring diagrams and electrical specifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with marine classification standards (ABS, Lloyd's, RINA, or similar)
  • Experience aboard superyachts, charter vessels, or military/government ships
Note:
Experienced industrial or commercial electricians with a genuine interest in transitioning to marine and a clear path to ABYC certification will also be considered. Compensation and Benefits
