Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: i2 Electric is a Florida based industrial electrical company focused on the energy sector. Customers include major oil company bulk distribution facilities, power companies, airports and military fueling facilities. The company has ambitious goals for growth in this dynamic market. We are seeking talented, dynamic, focused, and enthusiastic can-do individuals who want to be part of building i2 into the leading company in this sector. The company performs skilled electrical work in the design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all electrical and controls components for bulk fuel delivery systems. These systems operate at voltages ranging from 120 volts to 4160V and include emergency power generators, motor control centers, 3 phase motors and transformers. We are seeking Entry level workers that have a desire to learn the electrical trade. This is a "hands on" technical position working in the field. Ideal candidate will be capable of performing bending and threading of rigid conduit, learning from and assisting other electricians and apprentices. Some experience is required and a willingness to learn and follow directions is essential. In this job you will learn and gain knowledge in: installing, troubleshooting and maintaining power & lighting distribution equipment; installing, troubleshooting and maintaining motor control centers, motor starters and a working knowledge of motor controls; installation of rigid conduit, including bending, threading etc. safety policies of NFPA 70E and OSHA Instrumentation and control circuits. Pressure Transducers, Thermocouples, Automated valves Variable Frequency Drives Fiber Optic terminations working in classified environments. Must have a good work ethic Must have a clean driving record
