Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute electrical work. Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members on renovation and new construction projects. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete tasks. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment. Provide excellent customer service by explaining work processes clearly. Keep detailed records of work performed for each project. Qualifications Proven experience as an electrician with residential service expertise. Knowledge of NEC standards, blueprint reading, and schematics. Ability to work on low voltage and high voltage systems. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment like ohmmeters. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Valid electrician license or certification preferred. Experience with renovation projects is a plus.
