Job Description

We are an established electrical contractor in Southwest Florida seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, lead crews, solve problems, and provide excellent customer service in both residential and commercial environments. This position is for someone who is more than just a skilled electrician — we need a leader who can run jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision while representing our company professionally with customers.
Responsibilities:
Run residential and commercial electrical projects from layout through completion Perform electrical service work, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations Diagnose and solve electrical issues efficiently in the field Supervise and coordinate field personnel and helpers Read and interpret plans, specifications, and drawings Install and troubleshoot electrical systems, panels, feeders, lighting, service equipment, and branch circuits Meet directly with customers and communicate professionally regarding project scope, issues, and solutions Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service Coordinate with customers, contractors, and inspectors Order and manage materials for assigned projects Maintain productivity and project schedules Ensure work complies with NEC requirements and company standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
Qualifications:
7+ years of electrical experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems Service and troubleshooting experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and perform job layout Experience leading crews and managing projects Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Dependable with strong work ethic
