This role requires strong installation knowledge, leadership skills, organization, professionalism, and the ability to manage projects and installation teams effectively. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to delivering elite-quality installations. Key Responsibilities Residential Electrical Installations Lead residential electrical installation projects from start to finish Install electrical panels, service upgrades, circuits, wiring, lighting systems, EV chargers, generators, surge protection, and related equipment Ensure all work meets or exceeds NEC and local code requirements Perform installations safely, efficiently, and professionally Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field Leadership & Team Development Lead and support installer helpers and team members Maintain job quality and installation standards Train and mentor less experienced installers Ensure projects stay organized, efficient, and on schedule Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork Customer Experience Communicate professionally with homeowners Educate customers on completed work and system operation Deliver a clean and professional installation experience Maintain cleanliness and organization on all job sites Represent the company professionally at all times Operational Excellence Maintain accurate job notes and documentation within ServiceTitan/CRM Coordinate with office staff, project management, and field leadership Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow OSHA safety procedures and company safety standards Help reduce callbacks and maintain high-quality workmanship Preferred Qualifications Residential electrical installation experience required Strong knowledge of NEC and residential electrical systems Experience leading installation crews preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Professional communication skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Experience with generators, EV chargers, and panel upgrades is a plus What We're Looking For A leader who takes pride in quality workmanship Someone who values doing things correctly the first time Strong organizational and leadership skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality A motivated professional who takes ownership and accountability Someone who wants long-term growth and opportunity Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Performance bonuses and incentives Paid holidays Paid time off Ongoing training and development Career advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and team environment About Coast to Coast At Coast to Coast, we are redefining what homeowners should expect from a residential electrical contractor.
