Residential Service Electrician

Essential Functions Ensuring work performed by all electricians is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes Trouble shooting system problems and resolving electrical issues Working with Project Managers and home owners to fulfill any necessary system upgrade/repairs to support our solar equipment Work with local state/city inspectors to satisfy local building requirements and expectations Interface with Electrical Manager to ensure compliance with ratios and continuing education Train, mentor and develop apprentices Desired Qualifications Able to perform advanced electrical calculations Knowledge of 2014 and 2017 NEC, ability to navigate it Understanding of wire, conduit sizing and how to make adjustments for environmental factors Experience reading, interpreting one line drawings and electrical schematics Must have working knowledge and experience replacing electrical services and distribution panels Must work well in a team environment and have strong communication skills Must have a valid drivers license Able to pass background check and drug test Compensation and Benefits Competitive Salary D.O.E. Extra compensation for certain industry certifications such as NABCEP and OSHA 30 Annual performance based bonus
