Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and residential multifamily settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring
• Install electrical components, such as transformers, circuit breakers, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of the system
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform repairs or replacements as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environmen

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an electrician in commercial and residential settings
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and power tools
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to electrical installations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Skills:

• Proficient in building, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and ability to adhere to its guidelines
• Skilled in using various hand tools for electrical work
