Full-Time Pay:

$28+ per hour, based on experience Staffworks Group is seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Electrician with experience in water and wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience installing and maintaining industrial electrical systems from the ground up while working safely and efficiently in a team environment. Travel and occasional night work may be required. Responsibilities Assemble, install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and control systems using hand and power tools. Diagnose electrical issues and repair malfunctioning systems, components, and equipment. Install and connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, motors, PLCs, and other industrial components. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams. Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify hazards, defects, and code compliance issues. Perform testing using voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing equipment. Assist with electrical construction projects for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following company safety procedures and NEC standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience. Experience with wastewater or water treatment facilities preferred. Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ability to read blueprints and understand one-line diagrams. Understanding of PLC systems and industrial controls. Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Highway lighting experience preferred. Class A CDL preferred (must have held for at least 3 years). Must be willing to travel and work nights when required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, climb, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work outdoors and in physically demanding industrial environments.
