This role is vital in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical systems, from installation to maintenance and troubleshooting. As a leader on our team, you will guide technicians through technical challenges, uphold safety standards, and ensure projects meet quality expectations. Your expertise will drive excellence in electrical work, supporting our commitment to innovative solutions and operational integrity. Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, repairs, and service work Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently Lead and mentor apprentices and helpers on job sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Install panels, breakers, lighting, generators, EV chargers, service upgrades, and other electrical systems Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and local code regulations Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Maintain accurate job documentation and material lists Operate company vehicles and maintain a clean, organized work area Experience Proven experience as a residential or commercial electrician. Extensive hands-on experience with electrical systems including low voltage, high voltage, power distribution, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation. Familiarity with NEC standards, construction safety protocols, renovation projects, and troubleshooting techniques. Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment efficiently. Experience working on construction sites involving frame carpentry or general renovation activities is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through complex electrical tasks while maintaining safety standards.
Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
