$25 - $30 per hour plus Performance Bonus.
Location:
Onsite (Tallahassee, FL).
Job/Employment Type:

Monday - Friday.

Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Government/Federal.

None Required. The Opportunity You will play a vital role in our residential division, bringing high-quality electrical craftsmanship directly to our community's homes. This position offers you the stability of a consistent Monday through Friday schedule while allowing you to grow your technical skills through our paid training and mentorship programs. How You Will Make an Impact Install and repair residential electrical systems including wiring, lighting, and circuit breakers. Diagnose complex electrical issues in existing homes to provide safe and efficient solutions. Ensure all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local building requirements. Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain technical issues and service options. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to protect the integrity of the client's home. Collaborate with the Field Operations team to complete residential projects on schedule. Utilize provided safety equipment and follow strict protocols to ensure a zero-accident environment. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in residential electrical service or construction. High School Diploma or GED. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read residential blueprints or wiring diagrams. Professional demeanor suitable for working directly in customer residences. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 5 to 6 years of experience in the residential electrical trade. Prior experience with smart home technology or specialized residential control systems.
