A valid electrician license is preferred (not required), along with at least 4 years of residential electrical experience. Position Summary The Lead Residential Electrician performs residential service work, installations, and troubleshooting. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who is confident in the field, values craftsmanship, and enjoys working in a professional environment where customer satisfaction and team collaboration are priorities. Key Responsibilities Perform residential electrical service calls in customer homes, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems Troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment and diagnostic tools Inspect, test, and service components such as circuit breakers, transformers, and related electrical equipment Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics Perform routine electrical maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality in all aspects of work performed Provide professional, courteous customer service and maintain effective communication with customers and team members Accurately document all work performed in accordance with company procedures Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe, and organized condition Maintain a professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude Qualifications Valid electrician license preferred Proven residential electrical experience required Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented work ethic Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively Positive attitude with strong motivation and initiative Open to feedback and willing to learn and adapt to new processes Maintains a clean, organized, and professional appearance and work vehicle at all times Equal Opportunity Employer.
