This role is for craftsmen who take pride in their work, maintain a clean site, and can execute high-quality installations under a strict timeline. Candidates must demonstrate technical precision, the ability to read blueprints accurately, and a commitment to professional, code-compliant workmanship. Responsibilities Install light fixtures, receptacles, and conduit with a focus on visual aesthetics (perfect 90-degree angles, exact alignment, and organized terminations). Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to execute installations without the need for constant oversight. Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring and systems in active commercial environments, maintaining NEC compliance while keeping pace with aggressive project schedules. Maintain a clean work area and demonstrate conduct consistent with working on a high-visibility job site where General Contractor scrutiny is standard.

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial conduit bending (EMT/Rigid) and clean wire pulling. Must be able to demonstrate that your "finished product" meets high-quality visual standards. Ability to work a 4/10 schedule (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with the flexibility to handle overtime as project demands require. Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe work habits.

Pay:

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour

On this site, the GC is hyper-focused on the visual aesthetic of the work—everything from perfect 90-degree kicks to perfectly aligned receptacles. Can you walk me through your process for ensuring your conduit runs and fixture installs are perfectly squared and aligned? The schedule is 4/10s, but we've seen high OT requirements recently, including Sundays. We need guys who don't just 'want' the hours, but are physically and mentally prepared to work them. Can you commit to this schedule for the next two months? Top-Helper (Specific): As a top helper, you are paired with a lead. Describe a time you anticipated what your lead needed before they asked for it. How do you ensure you aren't just standing around waiting for instructions?
