We are looking for an experienced electrician who can work independently, take pride in quality workmanship, and provide an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong residential experience who wants to grow with a company and eventually take on more responsibility. Responsibilities Troubleshoot residential electrical issues Install EV chargers, lighting, ceiling fans, outlets, switches, and electrical equipment Perform panel upgrades, service upgrades, and electrical repairs Complete residential remodel and renovation projects Communicate professionally with homeowners Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Document completed work and job notes Represent Compass Electric with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential electrical experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and complete jobs with minimal supervision Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments Preferred Experience EV charger installations Panel replacements and service upgrades Residential troubleshooting and service work Generator connections Whole-home surge protection Smart home devices and lighting controls What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent year-round work Growth opportunities within the company Paid time off Safety equipment provided Performance-based bonus opportunities Supportive team environment At Compass Electric, we value quality workmanship, honesty, customer service, and continuous improvement.
