Job SummaryMB Electrical is seeking an experienced Journeyman or similar experienced electrician with a heavy industrial background.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in system installations, upgrades, and maintenance, and demonstrate a commitment to safety, code compliance, and high-quality workmanship.

This position is best suited for an adaptable and self-motivated individual who thrives in a variety of work environments and is confident working independently and as part of a project team.

Travel throughout Iowa and surrounding states may be required based on project locations.

DutiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems for fuel stations and petroleum facilitiesWire and service fuel dispensers, canopies, lighting, and point-of-sale systemsInstall conduits and pipes for wires and cablesInstall and troubleshoot tank monitoring (ATG) and fuel control systemsComplete system upgrades, retrofits, and compliance-related correctionsEnsure all work meets NEC standards, local electrical codes, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with project managers, leads, and other trades to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.

Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.

Maintain a clean and organized job site, prioritizing safety and professionalism.

QualificationsActive Iowa Journeyman License Class A or B, or eligible via reciprocity (Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin)OSHA 10 or 30 preferredValid Driver's LicenseFamiliarity with NEC standards and regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
