This position requires the ability to read blueprints and schematics, excellent problem-solving skills, working in a team environment as well as individually. Teaching and overseeing Electrical Apprentices. Installing new electrical systems for residential, multifamily and commercial projects within the Treasure Valley Area. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for electrical work and are looking to join an electrical shop with excellent pay and benefits to further your career than we want to hear from you. •Duties •Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices Collaborate with general contractors and other subs to integrate electrical systems into building projects Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for electrical work Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Knowledge or willingness to be trained on equipment such as loaders, mini excavators, bucket trucks, aerial lifts and ETC... Instructing Apprentices on proper electrical installation methods. •Qualifications •Positive, Punctual, Hard Working, Dependable, Team First Attitude Maintain current on your Journeyman education and certifications Applicants must have valid journeyman card, driver's license, and clean driving record Proven experience as a Job Site Manager Proficient in communication skills This position is an Hourly Rate based on experience.
