Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including high-voltage systems, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Duties:
  • Install and repair electrical systems, including low-voltage and high-voltage systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Work on a construction site, often at heights, in tight spaces, or in extreme weather conditions.
  • Use power tools and equipment, such as voltmeters and other electrical testing devices, to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
  • Ensure all electrical work is done safely and in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuously update knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise.
Skills:
  • Experience as electrician with a strong background in high-voltage systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Proficiency with power tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in tight spaces.
  • Experience with construction sites and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Experience with fixture installation and low-voltage systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
