23 per hour Titan Tire , manufacturer of both Titan and Goodyear Farm Tire brands, is hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician for 2nd shift (3 PM-11 PM) . Job Summary The Industrial Electrician installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical and electronic equipment used in plant production. This role requires strong diagnostic ability, experience with industrial control systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Electrical troubleshooting — Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems Blueprint interpretation — Read and interpret electrical, electronic, and pneumatic schematics Control systems — Work with variable‑voltage DC systems, solid‑state controllers, M‑G sets, rectifiers, SCRs, and adjustable‑speed equipment PLC & microprocessor systems — Install, program, and maintain microprocessor‑based and programmable controllers (Allen‑Bradley experience required) Instrumentation — Work with thermocouples, RTDs, pressure transducers, load cells, and photoelectric devices Fabrication tasks — Use gas‑torch equipment as needed for repairs and installations Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience required Strong experience with PLCs, industrial controls, and instrumentation Union carded Industrial Electrician is a plus Must be able to work 2nd shift only Benefits Pension Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance (employee, spouse, child) Short‑Term & Long‑Term Disability Voya Accident, Voya Critical Illness, Voya Whole Life, Voya Hospital Indemnity Wishbone Pet Insurance Norton LifeLock Insurance ARAG Legal Insurance 401(k) Paid vacation Paid holidays Employee discounts Flexible Spending Account / Health Savings Account Referral program Titan Tire is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug‑Free Workplace .
