In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining production efficiency through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems will be essential to our success.
Responsibilities:
Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions to maintain production uptime. Interpret technical documents to effectively troubleshoot and repair equipment issues. Fabricate tooling and modify equipment to enhance functionality and address specific production needs. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and promoting continuous improvement. Prepare machinery for production runs to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Contribute to the upkeep of facility systems and utilities to support overall operational effectiveness. Qualifications Required Skills Proficiency in shop mathematics, including accurate measurement and sketching of parts. Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Expertise in using powered and non-powered hand tools. Ability to interpret technical documentation and maintain accurate maintenance records. Valid driver's license. Preferred Skills Experience creating preventive maintenance plans. Proficiency in heavy equipment repair. Journeyman's License. Experience with machine safety inspections.
