Work Environment Work is conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments, subject to extreme weather conditions when outside. The role involves working on multiple large commercial projects throughout the year, with standard hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and weekend work based on project needs. Dress code includes boots, jeans, and a T-shirt, with no holes in attire and sleeves required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fishers, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
