Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Industrial Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Technician who enjoys diagnosing electrical problems and keeping manufacturing equipment running?

Avery Dennison is seeking a hands-on electrical maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, drives, and PLC-controlled equipment in a manufacturing environment.

This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting and repair. Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys diving into the "why" behind a machine failure? As a Maintenance Technician, you are the heartbeat of our facility. We are looking for a technician who doesn't just replace parts but uses deep diagnostic skills to ensure long-term reliability.
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00
PMKey Responsibilities:
Expert Troubleshooting:
Locate and diagnose mechanical and electrical failures using meters, detailed prints, and schematics.
Electrical Mastery:
Repair and maintain high-voltage systems (480V), motors, switches, and automated controls.
PLC Diagnostic:
Use PLC experience to identify issues and restore production (programming not required; ladder logic knowledge is a plus).
Preventative Maintenance:
Execute planned and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery.
Safe Operations:
Perform complex wiring and repairs in compliance with Arc Flash safety standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Collaboration:
Partner with engineers and production teams to suggest improvements and reduce downtime.
