Job Type:

Full-Time, On-Site Ferrer Mechanical is looking for a Foreman Electrician who can lead from the front, keep crews productive, and deliver high-quality work on commercial and industrial projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a job safely, read plans, coordinate with the field, and keep work moving without constant oversight. What You'll Do Lead electrical crews on active commercial and industrial job sites Plan and coordinate daily work to keep projects on schedule Read blueprints and turn them into efficient field execution Work closely with project managers, inspectors, and other trades Mentor apprentices and help develop less experienced electricians Stay hands-on with installation, troubleshooting, and problem solving Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site Help ensure work is completed to code and company quality standards What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial electrical experience Experience leading crews as a Foreman, Lead Electrician, or senior field leader Strong blueprint reading and field layout ability Solid understanding of NEC, jobsite safety, and quality execution Ability to take ownership, make field decisions, and keep projects moving Valid driver's license Industrial project experience is a plus Who This Role Fits Best A current Foreman Electrician looking for a stronger long-term opportunity A high-level Journeyman or Lead Electrician ready to step into a Foreman role Someone who prefers to lead from the field rather than sit in a trailer or office all day A dependable electrician who takes pride in running a clean, efficient, well-managed job Why Join Ferrer Mechanical Consistent pipeline of commercial and industrial work Opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding Leadership that trusts Foremen to run their jobs Strong team environment with pride in workmanship
