You'll troubleshoot, repair, and optimize complex systems while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical systems (24V-480V, 3-phase, motors, drives, PLCs) Perform both preventive maintenance and break/fix troubleshooting Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic Troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen-Bradley & Siemens preferred) Identify and resolve issues—even without schematics Support and improve conveyor systems, motors, and automation equipment Install, test, and upgrade electrical components and systems Train and mentor less experienced technicians Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with site leadership Uphold and promote a strong safety culture at all times What Makes You a Great Fit 10+ years of hands-on electrical or multi-craft maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial environments Experience with PLCs, drives, motors, and control systems Ability to adapt quickly and work independently at customer sites Strong communication skills and customer-facing professionalism Willingness to travel 75%+ and work flexible schedules Preferred Qualifications Master Electrician, Journeyman, or equivalent experience Background in instrumentation & controls Experience with automation systems and advanced troubleshooting Familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Suite Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying conditions Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, and maneuver throughout job sites Ability to safely work on industrial surfaces and wear required PPE Why This Role Stands Out This isn't just another maintenance job—you'll be: Traveling to diverse industrial environments Solving complex, high-level technical challenges Acting as a go-to expert customers rely on Continuously learning and growing your skillset If you're ready to bring your expertise on the road and be part of a company that truly values your contribution— apply today and join the Pro Services team.
