Position Summary The Service Electrician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems for our customers. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment Perform service calls for commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers Install and maintain wiring, lighting, panels, and electrical components Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices and schematics Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations Complete service reports and job documentation accurately Follow NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment Coordinate with office staff and project managers Participate in on-call rotation when required

Qualifications Required:

3+ years of electrical field experience (service preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage time Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

Preferred:

Commercial and industrial service experience Generator, motor controls, and VFD experience Small-job estimating experience OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Journeyman Electrician license (or ability to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
