This position is responsible for supporting the daily production activities by installing diagnosing repairing and maintaining electrical and electronic equipment in an Ethanol production plant environment. Key Responsibilities Repair maintain and install electrical systems and equipment following all safety procedures electrical codes manuals schematics diagrams and blueprints Inspect install maintain and repair electrical components instrumentation control systems network and related hardware on all production equipment based on plant specific requirements Identify needs manage and coordinate preventative maintenance repairs and installation of new equipment or systems. Works with external contractors vendors and internal customers Maintains site electrical standards ensure NEC National Electrical Code compliance Train and develop others in basic electrical repair and troubleshooting techniques Perform other general maintenance tasks as required Maintain knowledge of all relevant safety policies and regulations serving as a role model for safe work practices.
