Job Title:
Maintenance Electrician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician who will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, reactive troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of machines. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the functionality of molders, sanders, edgers, sorting machines, saws, glue machines, panel machines, compressors, coaters, finishing equipment, painting equipment, UV equipment, ovens, boilers, hydraulics, pneumatics, inverters, chains, sprockets, belts, motors, bearings, contactors, relays, drives, and more, with a focus on electrical troubleshooting and repairs up to 480v 3-phase. Responsibilities Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs, with a focus on electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct preventative maintenance on various machines and equipment. Engage in reactive troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. Follow ladder logic and troubleshoot PLCs. Utilize own tools for maintenance tasks, including meter, socket set, strippers, and screw gun. Essential Skills 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance Electrician experience with installs, rewires, troubleshooting, and tracking down electrical failures. 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience in both mechanical and electrical domains. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and symbols. Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical wiring, drives, relays, etc. Safety-minded with the ability to follow LOTO procedures. Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and making edits to Ladder Logic. Experience in PLC troubleshooting with various systems. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60320.00
  • $81120.00/yr.
  • 90 day, 6 month, annual reviews
