Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tube Mill Installer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, setup, and commissioning of tube mill equipment within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise in industrial mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and precision measurement will ensure the seamless operation of our tube production lines. Duties Install and align tube mill machinery according to schematics and technical specifications, ensuring precise setup for optimal performance Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components using tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts to facilitate installation and repairs Operate field service equipment including scissor lifts and other lifting devices safely during installation activities Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machine performance and resolve technical issues promptly Use Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to configure or troubleshoot control systems as needed Maintain detailed records of installation procedures, maintenance activities, and repairs within CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software Ensure compliance with safety standards including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), high voltage protocols, and low voltage electrical systems Support customer service efforts by providing technical assistance during commissioning or field service visits when required Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing facility environments with a focus on tube mill or similar machinery installation Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with welding—specifically <

> welding—and hydraulic systems Familiarity with schematics, control panels, and electrical wiring diagrams; industrial electrician experience is highly desirable Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, ammeters, ohmmeters effectively Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and high voltage electrical safety protocols in industrial settings Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and field service equipment like scissor lifts Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues quickly and efficiently Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English Military background or experience in related fields such as industrial mechanic roles is a plus Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to manufacturing excellence!
