Pay and Benefits Our pay range for our Residential Electrician is $30.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience and performance. Our techs are paid commission with a guaranteed base hourly rate. PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability.
