Job Description We're seeking skilled and dedicated Licensed Electrical Journeymen and Foremen to join our growing team. The ideal candidates are dependable, self-motivated, and experienced in all phases of electrical installation, leadership, and troubleshooting. Projects may include new construction and remodels in all aspects of the electrical and fire-alarm divisions. This role involves building, renovating, and maintaining electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NEC and local codes Lead or assist in supervising apprentices and maintaining a safe, efficient job site Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical systems with a focus on quality workmanship Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project needs and timelines Qualifications Valid Kansas Journeyman Electrician License (or reciprocal license) 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience Valid, unrestricted driver's license Solid knowledge of NEC and local codes Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, etc.) Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to work with apprentices, project managers, general contractors, and other trades Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position Proficiency in ProCore is preferred Benefits Superior Electric provides above-average compensation and benefits that go beyond the industry standard Competitive pay, based on experience and role ($35-50/hour) Employer-paid health, dental, and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Simple-IRA retirement plan Company-provided uniforms and power tools Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive work culture that values team input and long-term growth Company-furnished vehicle Potential for sign-on bonus How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your resume to parker@superiorelectriccoinc.com.
