Job Description

  • The position will float between LS Industries and Winona Van Norman offices
  • SUMMARY Carry out electrical tasks related to wiring and installing components on machinery, under the supervision of the Head Electrician.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Run conduit and pull wire based on provided machine blue prints and schematics Install motors, sensors, and other electrical components per machine specs. Proper tear-down of motors, sensors, and other electrical components for shipping purposes Knowledge of single and three phase AC and DC motor controls and electrical schematics Have experience with voltage between 24V and 600V and the ability to distinguish between different voltage levels Have the ability to use general tooling and equipment
REQUIREMENTS
Electrician:
1-2 years (Required) Must have some experience with NEC codes Have the ability to work on, in, around, or under equipment as necessary to perform duties. Climb ladders, work platforms, etc. Have the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
