Responsibilities:
Installation:
Install and maintain electrical systems in manufactured products according to NEC standards.
Technical Execution:
Read and interpret complex drawings and schematics to ensure precise assembly.
Project Leadership:
Lead specific projects and assist in facility preventative maintenance.
Troubleshooting:
Communicate with customers as needed to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
Field Support:
Occasional overnight travel to project sites for final product installation.
Working hours:
5:30 AM - 4:00
PM Skills:
Leadership Experience:
Prior experience leading projects or small teams.
Mentorship:
Natural ability to coach, train, and motivate colleagues.
Problem Solving:
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot unique electrical challenges.
Communication:
Proficiency in communicating technical concepts to both team members and customers.
Self-Starter:
A "results-driven" mindset with excellent time management and discretion.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Journeyman License:
Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
NEC Expertise:
Current knowledge and application of National Electrical Code standards.
Technical Literacy:
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Safety Focused:
Commitment to a safe work environment and 6S methodology.
Equipment Operation:
Experience operating shop machinery (forklifts, manlifts, etc.).

Ability to work primarily indoors with occasional outdoor site work.
