Licensed Electrician (5 years exp req)

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of electrical systems and be capable of handling complex electrical installations in both commercial and industrial settings. The electrician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant codes. Responsibilities Participate in the installation of electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments, ensuring projects are completed on time and to code. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components. Understand bending and installation of (EMT, IMC, RMC, PVC, etc.) with precision. Wire and install up to 600-volt electrical distribution panels, sub-panels, disconnects, drivers, control panels, transformers, and equipment. Interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and technical documents required for the layout of electrical systems and ensure accurate installations. Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) during all electrical work and adhere to all safety regulations. Grow in knowledge of electrical, automation, and controls with a mentor, and work with a team to complete projects. Requirements Valid KY or OH Journeyman license 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work. Strong communication skills with experience working with a team. Proficient in conduit bending, panel wiring, and interpreting schematics. Solid understanding of NEC and local codes. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

OSHA 10/30

certification preferred Ability to read blueprints accurately and execute projects according to specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting when necessary.
