This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. You will assist with lighting installations, trenching, wiring, equipment operation, and job site organization while helping deliver high-quality results for our customers. Responsibilities Install and troubleshoot landscape lighting systems Assist with low-voltage electrical work and system maintenance Read and work from installation drawings and project layouts Operate and maintain trucks, trailers, and job site equipment Safely use hand tools, trenchers, blowers, compressors, skid steers, and other equipment Maintain clean, organized job sites, shop areas, and equipment Work closely with crew members and management to complete projects efficiently Deliver excellent workmanship and customer service Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish Qualifications Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers Experience with landscaping, lighting, irrigation, or electrical work is a plus Basic electrical knowledge is preferred but not required Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Requirements Available to work 45+ hours per week Ability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays when needed Valid driver's license preferred Must be dependable and punctual Grow Your Career With Us If you're interested in building a career in the electrical trade, we're committed to helping you grow.
