Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Apprentice and kick-start your career in the electrical industry! Duties Assist experienced electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites. Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as wiring, conduit installation, and fixture mounting. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation. Support the setup and troubleshooting of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Conduct inspections using tools like ohmmeters to test circuit continuity and electrical resistance. Follow safety procedures diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Help maintain organized work areas and ensure all work complies with construction site regulations. Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with industrial or commercial electrician work is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety practices. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Experience with low voltage systems and understanding of NEC standards is a plus. Familiarity with using ohmmeters and other electrical testing equipment. Construction site experience demonstrating reliability and teamwork skills. Strong interest in developing skills related to high voltage systems, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.
