$30-$35/hr +

South Louisiana We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Electricians for a growing industrial manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, industrial maintenance experience, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production setting. Candidates with experience in manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, automation systems, PLCs, motors, and electrical maintenance are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment Diagnose electrical issues on production machinery and plant equipment Work with motors, control panels, transformers, relays, breakers, and VFDs Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams Troubleshoot PLC systems and automated equipment Ensure all work complies with OSHA, NEC, and facility safety standards Assist maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime Perform inspections and testing using electrical diagnostic tools Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation Qualifications 3+ years of industrial electrician experience preferred Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems preferred Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety practices Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed OSHA certification is a plus Journeyman license or electrical certification preferred but not required depending on experience Benefits Competitive pay: $30-$35/hr Overtime opportunities available Stable, long-term opportunity Career growth potential Weekly pay Opportunity to work with a respected industrial manufacturer Apply today to join a team that values safety, reliability, and strong technical skillsets. #IND123
