This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing and working alongside a small crew on commercial projects throughout the area. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily field operations for electrical installations Supervise and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity and quality Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial electrical systems Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and customers onsite Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code Qualifications Strong commercial electrical experience required Prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Ability to manage and motivate a small team Knowledge of NEC and jobsite safety practices Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Valid Journeyman Electrical License in Massachusetts Fire alarm and/or security system experience is a major plus Fire alarm installation and programming Access control systems CCTV/IP camera systems Low-voltage cabling and device installation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle opportunities for qualified candidates Paid holidays and PTO Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive team environment with steady commercial work If you take pride in your work, can lead by example, and want to grow with a company that values quality and professionalism, we want to hear from you.
