The role will assist and train operators on procedures and equipment related to electrical at this facility. The long-range goal would be to become proficient in all software and hardware required to maintain the facility including PLC programming and acquired troubleshooting skills. The Electrician Level 1 will accumulate time and take steps to acquire their Journeymen electrical license. What you'll do as an Electrician Level 1 (Apprentice): Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify electrical issues Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks We are looking for an Electrician Level 1 (Apprentice), with the following experience: Experience working as an Apprentice High school diploma or equivalent, including being currently enrolled or completed a recognized electrical apprenticeship program. Basic understanding of electrical systems, components, and principles. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
