Job Description

About the Role As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of our facility's electrical infrastructure and automated systems. You will drive operational efficiency by proactively diagnosing complex electrical issues and implementing robust solutions to minimize downtime across our manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults in industrial machinery, including servo controllers, amplifiers, and solid-state equipment. Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of high and low voltage power systems ranging from 24V to 480V. Ensure all electrical work adheres to NEC standards to maintain a safe and compliant facility environment. Perform precise conduit bending, wire sizing, and termination to support new equipment installations and system upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional maintenance teams to share technical knowledge and streamline corrective action processes. Interpret intricate electrical schematics to troubleshoot motor controls, sensors, and diverse industrial power systems. Manage inventory by identifying and procuring necessary electrical components through technical manuals and documentation. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional training. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license. Demonstrated proficiency in reading and applying electrical schematics and blueprints. Preferred Skills Prior experience working within complex, high-volume manufacturing operations. Advanced knowledge of modern servo-driven automation and control systems. Strong interpersonal skills with experience coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
