MA Licensed Electrician - Special Projects - Sign-on Bonus up to $5,000

Our Special Projects Division handles fast-paced residential, commercial, and healthcare work including renovations, upgrades, troubleshooting, service work, and small projects. This role is ideal for someone who likes variety, problem-solving, staying busy, and working alongside a team that supports each other to get the job done safely and the right way. If you're a licensed Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician who can work independently, adapt quickly, and deliver quality work, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Perform installations, renovations, troubleshooting, repairs, and service work in commercial and healthcare environments Manage and complete small projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing equipment and problem-solving skills Work directly with customers, project managers, apprentices, and other trades Move between multiple active projects and priorities as business needs shift Maintain high safety standards and quality workmanship on every job Support and mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians What We're Looking For ✔ Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License ✔ OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred) ✔ Strong troubleshooting and commercial electrical experience ✔ Ability to work independently and manage small projects ✔ Comfortable working in hospital and healthcare environments ✔ Ability to meet customer jobsite requirements including health screenings and site-specific clearances ✔ Flexible schedule when needed to support shutdowns, customer schedules, and project demands ✔ Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork ✔ Valid driver's license with clean driving record ✔ Experience using iPads/mobile technology preferred Why Join Comalli?
