Job Description

HARDHAT Workforce Solutions is immediately hiring experienced Electricians for projects located in

FREDERICK, MD.

This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $38/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an Electrician and want to work alongside other proven Electricians who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Commercial Electrician Duties and Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems Run and bend conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC) Pull wire and install panels, switchgear, lighting, and devices Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and jobsite safety standards Work efficiently with crews to meet project deadlines

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl Must be able to frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring Must be able to work in various conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat and cold
