We specialize in commercial lighting retrofits, multifamily energy efficiency upgrades, tenant fit-outs, generator projects, and other energy-saving solutions that reduce operating costs and environmental impact. Our team is built on hands-on training, strong collaboration, and clear paths for growth and development. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Electrical Technician to join our team in a cross-functional role supporting both our Multifamily and Commercial divisions. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on job sites, learning new skills, and contributing to a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality work. On the multifamily side, you will perform energy efficiency upgrades in residential units and common areas. On the commercial side, you will assist with LED lighting installations and retrofits, tenant fit-outs, generator projects, and service work. No prior electrical experience is required — we provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Multifamily Projects:
Install and maintain energy-saving products in multifamily housing units and common areas Install smart thermostats, LED lighting, showerheads, and plumbing fixtures Accurately document team progress, materials used, and unit completion status Communicate effectively with project managers regarding updates and challenges
Commercial Projects:
Assist with and perform LED lighting installations and retrofits at commercial job sites Support tenant fit-out projects, generator installations, and service work as assigned Support crew leads and electricians with installations, setup, and job site tasks
General Responsibilities:
Perform general labor and hands-on work in active, fast-paced field environments Safely and effectively use hand and power tools Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations Maintain clean, organized, and safety-focused job sites at all times Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute as a reliable member of the team Demonstrate willingness to learn, take direction, and develop new skills on the job Install smart thermostats, LED lighting, showerheads, and plumbing fixtures Accurately document team progress, materials used, and unit completion status Communicate effectively with project managers regarding updates and challenges
Qualifications:
Entry-level; prior electrical, construction, or HVAC experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well on a team and follow directions Detail-oriented and reliable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
