Summary Roles and Responsibilities The Instrument Man I will possesspetency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Operates Surveying Equipment to Layout the Work Provides Layout which Ads to Quality Control Requirements Ensures a Safe Work Environment Participates in Training/Certifications Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of construction experience, 2 of which are as a Rodman.
