$36 - $40 per hour A bit about us: A stable, well established paper manufacturing facility in Williamsport, MD is seeking an Industrial Electrician to support production uptime through electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance in a high-speed industrial environment. Competitive hourly rate + OT Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) paid by employer PTO + paid holidays Long term stability and advancement opportunities Rotating Shift (Dupont Schedule) Job Details What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems supporting production equipment Diagnose electrical issues using prints, schematics, meters, and hands on testing Work on motors, motor controls, VFDs, relays, sensors, safety circuits, and control panels Support PMs and reliability improvements to reduce downtime Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and electrical modifications Partner with maintenance and operations to prioritize production critical repairs Ensure all work is performed safely following LOTO and plant safety standards Required Experience 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician (manufacturing environment) Strong electrical troubleshooting skills in a heavy industrial plant Comfortable working with 480V 3 phase power distribution Ability to read and interpret electrical prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Experience with motors, starters, VFDs, proximity sensors, photo eyes, limit switches, etc. Strong safety mindset and consistent LOTO compliance Interested in hearing more?
