25 / hour Reporting To Steve Ellison Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, and related systems throughout the facility. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues affecting building systems, lighting, power distribution, and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on circuits, breakers, and other electrical components. Install new electrical systems and upgrade existing infrastructure to support evolving technology and facility needs. Coordinate with contractors and vendors on electrical work related to renovations, new construction, and capital improvement projects. Provide accurate estimates and timelines for electrical repairs and installation projects. Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable local, state, and federal codes, safety standards, and industry regulations. Conduct safety inspections to identify potential electrical hazards and help maintain a safe environment for residents, team members, and visitors. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with facility safety policies. Collaborate with maintenance and facilities teams to address electrical issues efficiently and communicate updates on outages, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician, required. Experience in healthcare environments, preferred. Must possess a valid unrestricted state of Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation. Position requires the ability to lift and move objects, weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.
