About the Role As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will play a critical role in the assembly and integration of complex machinery, ensuring every system meets rigorous performance standards. You will utilize your technical expertise in wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and schematic interpretation to drive project success and maintain high-quality output in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assemble industrial equipment by strictly adhering to design blueprints and customer-specific requirements. Execute precise wiring tasks in full compliance with NEC standards to ensure system reliability. Diagnose and resolve electrical circuit issues, documenting findings to improve future build processes. Collaborate with project teams to provide progress updates and address technical challenges during the assembly phase. Support the implementation of ISO and quality management standards to ensure consistent product excellence. Maintain a highly organized and safe workspace to maximize operational efficiency. Contribute to the overall success of production programs by meeting strict timelines and quality benchmarks. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in schematic interpretation, panel building, and machine wiring. Strong mechanical aptitude with a commitment to workplace safety protocols. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various positions like kneeling or climbing. Basic computer literacy and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Preferred Skills 4+ years of professional electrical experience. Completion of relevant vocational or technical education programs. Possession of a Journeyman's card. Experience or willingness to obtain certifications for forklifts, aerial platforms, and overhead cranes.
